On September 28, the Vilnius Shalom Festival invites you to the Vilnius Jewish Public Library for a concert dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the YIVO Institute for Jewish Research. During the event, opera soloist and bass Joris Rubinovas, along with pianist and flutist Paulius Berūkštis, will perform a repertoire of Jewish music.

🎤 Joris Rubinovas is a young generation opera soloist, bass. He studied music at Juozas Naujalys Music Gymnasium and sang in the boys' choir "Varpelis." In 2015, he graduated from the Juozas Gruodis Conservatory (class of B. Sodaitytė) and continued his studies in Hamburg, Germany, at the Hochschule für Musik und Theater Hamburg, completing vocal studies in 2022. Under professors C. James and M. Tucker, he has developed…
